Congratulations to Ms. Morgan Eadie as she accepts the position of Assistant Band Director at UHS and 7th grade at UMS. We are excited to have her join the UHS/UMS Music team at the conclusion of the 2022-23 school year (pending board approval).

Hello students, families, and community of Urbandale! My name is Ms. Eadie, and I am extremely excited to follow the legacy of Mr. Andrews as your new Secondary Band Director! I am honored to join the outstanding J-Hawk family, and bring a vibrant energy to such an incredible band program. My determination for success, confidence in students, and passion for creating music as a team will take us great places, and allow us to make spectacular memories. I owe an endless thank you to Urbandale’s staff and Band Directors for adding me to the team! Go J-Hawks!!!

Biography:

Morgan Eadie is a 2023 University of Northern Iowa Graduate (B.M) and a first year teacher. Morgan has worked with many wonderful role-models, particularly Dr. Randy Grabowski and Dr. Danny Galyen whom she studied with at UNI. Morgan is an active trumpet player, and her hometown is Solon, IA. She loves the country/outdoors, going to the gym, and doing art projects aside from music!
